I will publish 2 blogs per week during the walk, on my rest day. The first of these will be a description of the trials and tribulations of that specific weeks walks (for detailed description of each daily walk please click here.) The second will be a blog on the theme of mental health (due to time constraints I have been unable to keep up with the mental health blogs but i aim to get back into them). Some of these will be based on my personal experiences and specific areas I find interesting. Others will be by guest bloggers to highlight their experiences either with mental health or through helping people with mental health.
