I will publish 2 blogs per week during the walk, on my rest day. The first of these will be a description of the trials and tribulations of that specific weeks walks (for detailed description of each daily walk please click here.) The second will be a blog on the theme of mental health (due to time constraints and struggles to release them I have been unable to keep up with the mental health blogs and have decided to stop publishing them but have instead started putting little mental health snippets in the weekly blog). Some of these will be based on my personal experiences and specific areas I find interesting. Others will be by guest bloggers to highlight their experiences either with mental health or through helping people with mental health.
